What documents do I need to rent a car?
A valid driver’s licence, a passport or Emirates ID, and a card in your name. Visitors from most countries can drive on their home licence or an International Driving Permit; ask us if you are unsure about yours.
Is there really no deposit?
Yes. We do not block a security deposit on our fleet. You pay the rental, and any Salik tolls or fines incurred during the rental are settled afterwards.
How do I book?
Choose a car, send us the dates through the quote form or WhatsApp, and we confirm availability and the rate. There is no online payment step: we deliver the car and settle in person.
Can I rent a car if I am under 25?
Yes. Drivers under 25 can rent, with a young-driver surcharge on some cars. Tell us your age when you request a quote and we will give you the exact rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the car and the length of the rental; it is written on your confirmation. In general, cancellations made with enough notice are refunded in full or in part.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most rentals include a daily mileage allowance, and some include unlimited mileage. The allowance is stated on your quote, and extra kilometres are charged at the rate shown there.
Can I add another driver?
Yes, provided they meet the same age and licence requirements as the main driver. A small fee may apply per additional driver.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
Yes, between selected locations in the UAE. One-way rentals may carry an additional fee, and availability varies.
What happens if the car breaks down?
Call the roadside assistance number on your rental agreement, at any hour. We arrange a repair or a replacement vehicle.
Can I drive outside Dubai?
You can drive anywhere in the UAE. Crossing a border, to Oman for instance, needs prior authorisation and may carry extra fees. Ask us before you plan it.
